Descripción
Low shrubs, the stems sparsely puberulent. Leaf blades palmately 5-7-lobed, coarsely dentate, the lobes more or less acute, sparsely stellate-puberulent; petioles equaling or exceeding the blades. Flowers solitary in the leaf axils; pedicels subequal to the calyx; calyx densely stellate-puberulent, accrescent in fruit to 3-4 cm long; corolla rotate, the petals 4-6 cm long, cream-colored or pale greenish with purple veins, narrowly spatulate; staminal column pallid, ca. half the length of the petals; styles 6-10, purplish. Fruits ca. 12 mm in diameter, minutely pubescent; mericarps 6-10, smooth; seeds unknown. Chromosome number unknown.A
