Description
Shrubs ca. 1.5 m tall, the stems densely pubescent, often viscid. Leaf blades mostly 2-6 cm long, ovate or suborbicular, truncate, crenate-dentate, acute or obtuse, more or less pubescent above and beneath; petioles 1/3-1/2 the length of the blades; stipules 3-4 mm long, subulate. Flowers in axillary clusters forming a raceme or thyrse, short-pedicellate to subsessile; involucellar bractlets filiform, 5- 13 mm long; calyx 7-15 mm long, densely pubescent, the hairs less than 1 mm long, more than half-divided, the lobes less than 3.5 mm wide, long-acuminate.
