Descripción
Tree to 10 m tall, the twigs yellowish puberulent. Leaf blades up to 9 cm long, ovate or trilobulate, truncate or somewhat rounded, minutely denticulate to subentire, acuminate, discolorous with matted white puberulence beneath; petioles 1/3 the length of the blades or less; stipules unknown. Flowers in dense axillary racemes, appearing fasciculate; pedicels 1 cm long, medially articulate, densely puberulent; calyx 5-6 mm long, minutely puberulent, deeply divided, the lobes lanceolate, acute; petals 6~7 mm long, whitish or yellowish, ciliate on claw, otherwise glabrous; staminal column 4-5 mm long, minutely pubescent at basec, the stamens 20-30, the filaments 3 mm long; styles 10-15, glabrous. Mericarps 10-15, 9-10 mm long, lanceolate, inflated, minutely puberulent; seeds 2 mm long, sparsely and minutely pubescent. Chromosome number unknown.A
