Descripción
Liana. Petioles (1.0–) 1.5–2.0(3.0) cm long. Leaf blades elliptic to obovate, apex acute to acuminate, base cordate to subcordate, 5.0–15.0 long 3.0–8.0 wide cm. Flowers axillary, placed in thyrse; flower pedicels (peduncle) 0.5–1.5 cm long. Bract lanceolate. Perianth 6.5–8.0 cm long; utricle oblate to obovoid; tube bent 60º–80º, tubular; limb oblong, emarginate to mucronulate at the apex, rounded at the base; limb color yellow covered with dark purple papillose protuberances, around the throat pale brown.A
