Descripción
Rhizomes creeping, slender, 3 mm diam.; rhizome hairs bristlelike, thick, 1.5 mm long, reddish brown; fronds erect, clumped, 10–67 cm long; stipes 1⁄3 or less the frond length, castaneous, pubescent, hairs 0.5–1 mm long; blades 3–4 times pinnate, deltate, ca. 10–20 cm wide; rachises subflexuous, pubescent, hairs 0.5–1 mm long; ultimate segments 1–1.5 mm wide, with emarginate apices, thin, hairs 0.5–1 mm long on adaxial and abaxial surfaces; vein endings enlarged; spores reddish brown; 2n=348 (Chis).A
